hello

En Vogue LLC., conducts its business with the highest standards in mind in all facets of how we operate, the products we sell, the retailers we select to resell our lines and the people we employ.
As citizens of the world, we realize that progressive companies must operate in a manner that respects the environment and ensures our associates, as well as those of our business partners, are paid fairly, treated with integrity and provided safe working conditions. To ensure these goals, we conduct our business practices and encourage our associates to manage all transactions, associate relations and customer interfaces in an ethical fashion.
It is inherent within our multi ethnic and multinational culture to be more than just a company that sells clothing, accessories and jewelry. We believe in creating solutions, in the value that travel and exposure to other cultures brings, and that success today should be a stepping stone to greater success tomorrow.
En Vogue cultivates a work environment in which every associate is appreciated, where we create or distribute the best products in the world, and provide unparalleled customer service. Our company operates with a series of values reflected in our corporate behavior and in our relations with customers, retailers and suppliers.
At En Vogue, we have a strong commitment to social awareness and giving back to the communities where we operate. We believe that our brand represents a symbol of creativity, innovation and integrity, and that our business can represent a better and more responsible future. That is why En Vogue encourages our associates and corporate partners to support their communities and why on the corporate level we have worked with organizations that make a difference in terms of health, welfare, ethic of conduct and the environment.
ASSOCIATE
En Vogue associates are provided with pleasant and safe working conditions, paid fair wages, provided comprehensive benefits programs, and treated with dignity and respect.
Equal Employment Opportunity
En Vogue's policy is to hire and promote qualified applicants and treat all associates fairly during their employment without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, national origin, nationality or veteran status. En Vogue believes the successful achievement of a non-discriminatory employment program requires maximum cooperation between management and associates. In carrying out this responsibility:
- The company recruits, hires and promotes without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, national origin, nationality or veteran status.
- The company bases employment decisions solely upon an individual’s qualifications for the position available.
- The company ensures that all personnel actions such as compensation, benefits, transfers, company sponsored training, and social and recreational programs are administered without regard to race, religion, color, sex, age, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, national origin, nationality or veteran status.
RESPECTFUL WORKPLACE
En Vogue's policy is to promote and maintain a work environment in which all associates are treated with dignity and respect. A respectful workplace starts with our associates. Everyone is responsible for facilitating this type of workplace. Respect is built on a foundation of the following important principles:
-Equality: Each person should have an equal opportunity to make the best of his or her abilities regardless of race, sex, religion, national origin, nationality, sexual orientation, gender identity, political affiliation, veteran status, or any other characteristic.
- Accepting Differences: Acknowledging equality requires that we are able to accept differences. These differences do not prevent us from having an equal right to work.
- Appreciating Diversity: The variety of experiences, abilities, viewpoints and ways of thinking are an advantage to our culture. This diversity adds to the depth and success of our environment.
- The Respectful Workplace: Equality, accepting our differences and appreciating diversity contributes to the creation of a respectful workplace. The respectful workplace is a place of mutual respect for all associates.
En Vogue believes associates should be afforded the opportunity to work in an environment free of harassment based on race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, nationality, age or disability. In addition, En Vogue will not tolerate any behavior that is inappropriate in a work environment.
CODE OF ETHICS
En Vogue encourages innovation, creativity and flexibility that fosters a dynamic and competitive organization and provides the resources which will enable associates to perform their jobs at the highest level possible while maintaining a high standard of business conduct and ethics and abiding by all government rules and regulations pertaining to En Vogue's business.
Obeying the law, both in letter and in spirit, is the foundation on which En Vogue's ethical standards are built. All associates must respect and obey all applicable laws and regulations in every jurisdiction where En Vogue conducts business. Although not all associates are expected to know the details of these laws and regulations, it is important to know enough to determine when to seek advice from managers, En Vogue's General Counsel or the Human Resources Department.
Associates are expected to treat all colleagues, retailers, customers, suppliers and others with respect and dignity.
En Vogue recognizes that the business has environmental responsibilities and strives to minimize the impact of its operations (and those of our business partners) upon the environment. Associates are responsible for obeying all company environmental rules and for taking into consideration the possible environmental impacts associated with their work activities.
