Terms and conditions

These are the terms and conditions that apply to all retail and wholesale customers who purchase products using the online store of En Vogue website. Please read and consider them carefully because your purchase is an acknowledgement and acceptance of our terms and conditions.

The Products

Images shown in the online store are as close as possible to the items supplied but it is inevitable that due to the handmade nature of most items we sell, there may be slight variations in size and color as perceived on screen. We strongly recommend that you routinely balance color and screen resolution of your monitor.

We do not issue exchanges due to any of these variations or for change of mind.

Shipping

Goods will be shipped using FedEx  within 48 hours from confirmation of your payment. Special delivery requirements will be considered and quoted upon request. We are not responsible for any delivery delays after the order has left our warehouse or due to any circumstances beyond our control and outside our facilities.

Product Availability

Our stock levels fluctuate daily and we endeavor to maintain the website to best reflect what is available at any given time. We will advise our customers within two days if goods are not available.

Faults & Breakages

En Vogue takes care to quality control of every item shipped from our warehouse. However, items may be damaged in freight. If an item arrives damaged it must be reported to us within 3 calendar days of receipt of the item by email to shipping@en-vogue.us

Items will be replaced or exchanged free or charge if you have requested a shipping insurance to be purchased on your behalf,  48hours prior to the scheduled shipping date . Refunds will not be issued.  Any exchanges returned to us without prior return authorization, will be systematically returned to sender at his/her cost.

En Vogue will not accept responsibility for any faults or breakages after the order has been received in good condition and or beyond the 3 day ‘report it to us by email' window with a delivery receipt request.

International Connection is dedicated to keeping your details private. Any information we collect in relation to you is kept strictly secured. We do not pass on/sell/swap any of your personal details with anyone. We use this information to identify your orders, provide you with our newsletter and to personalize your shopping experience with us;  Registered retailers or users may receive additional announcements from us about products, services or special deals. Pricing

All of our prices are in USD United States dollars and include no tax and no ground transportation from our warehouse to airport, port or courier facility. Product prices are dynamically updated by our in house purchasing system when price changes are implemented.
